IOREN1 “Orencia Lyophilized Powder for IV Infusion ” 250 mg/vial
適應症：1.類風濕性關節炎：Orencia與methotrexate併用，用於治療罹患有中度至重度活動性類風濕性關節炎且對其他疾病修飾抗風濕病藥物[包括methotrexate (MTX)或一種腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)抑制劑]反應不良或耐受性不佳的成人患者。2.幼年型慢性關節炎：Orencia與methotrexate併用，用於治療罹患有中度至重度幼年型慢性關節炎且對其他疾病修飾抗風濕病藥物[包括一種腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)抑制劑]反應不良或耐受性不佳的6歲或6歲以上兒童患者。**Orencia未於6歲以下的兒童進行任何研究。3.重要用藥限制：Orencia不可與其他治療類風濕性關節炎(RA)的生物製劑同時使用。
Usual dose:
Rheumatoid arthritis, Early Disease, Methotrexate Naive with Poor Prognostic Factors:
Approximately 10 mg/kg (based on weight range) as an IV infusion on days 1, 15, and 29, and every 4 weeks thereafter, plus methotrexate 7.5 mg weekly.
Rheumatoid arthritis (Moderate to Severe):
(IV infusion, weighing less than 60 kg) 500 mg IV infusion over 30 minutes; repeat doses at 2 and 4 weeks after first infusion and every 4 weeks thereafter.
(IV infusion, weighing 60 to 100 kg) 750 mg IV infusion over 30 minutes; repeat doses at 2 and 4 weeks after first infusion and every 4 weeks thereafter.
(IV infusion, weighing more than 100 kg) 1000 mg IV infusion over 30 minutes; repeat doses at 2 and 4 weeks after first infusion and every 4 weeks thereafter.
Concomitant medications, may be administered as monotherapy or with disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs other than tumor necrosis factor antagonists.
Adverse effect:
Common: nausea, infectious disease, headache, UTI, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory infection.
Serious: cellulitis, sepsis, pyelonephritis, pneumonia, cancer.
