適應症：非胰島素依賴型糖尿病之治療。
Usual dose:
Diabetes mellitus type II:
Adult: initial, 25 mg tid, maintenance, 50-100 mg tid, max. 150 mg/day for p’ts≦60 kg, and max. 300 mg/day for p’ts > 60 kg.
Contraindication:
Cirrhosis, colon ulcerations, diabetic ketoacidosis, digestive diseases marked by problems in absorption or digestion, inflammatory bowel disease, partial bowel obstruction.
Adverse effect:
Abdominal pain, diarrhea, flatulence.
