適應症：使用非鴉片類止痛劑無效的中度至嚴重性疼痛。
Usual dose:
Adult: 2 tab q4-6h as needed for 5 days or less; max. 8 tab/day.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: CrCl < 30 mL/min, increase the dose interval to q12h, max. 4 tab/day.
Contraindication: rasagiline, selegiline.
Adverse effect:
Common: diaphoresis, pruritus, rash, weight loss, confusion, headache, somnolence, tremor, anxiety, fatigue.
Serious: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, anemia, anaphylactoid reaction, seizure, albuminuria, micturition finding, oliguria, urinary retention, respiratory depression.
健保使用規範：限用於中度至嚴重性疼痛之病人，符合
1.經其他止痛藥或非類固醇抗發炎藥物（NSAIDs）治療後仍無法控制疼痛或有嚴重副作用者；
2.非癌症病人使用超過五天時，須檢附疼痛評估報告，並每隔三個月再評估乙次，內容須包括疼痛強度及疼痛緩解的VAS與VRS (Visual Analogue Scale和Verbal Rating Scale)。（93/7/1、95/5/1）
