OACTE1 “Acetin effervescent tablet” 600 mg/tab
OFLUC1 “Flucil granules” 40 mg/gm; 2.5 gm/pkg
OFLUI4 “Fluimucil A tablet” 600 mg/tab
OFLUT1 “Flutafin capsule” 200 mg/cap
適應症：
OACTE1, OFLUI4：減少呼吸道粘膜分泌的粘稠性、蓄意或偶發之acetaminophen中毒之解毒劑。
OFLUC1, OFLUT1：減少呼吸道粘膜分泌的粘稠性。
Usual dose: PO
Flucil granules:
Adult: 1 pkg tid.
Pediatric: 1/2 pkg bid-qid.
Acetin effervescent, Fluimucil A tablet:
Adult (> 6 yrs): 1 tab daily.
Acetaminophen overdose：
Initial, 140 mg/kg, then 70 mg/kg q4h for 17 doses starting 4 hours after loading dose.
Dose adjustment:
hepatic impairment: dose adjustment not necessary
Adverse effect:
Common: Pruritus (1% to 3% ), rash (4% to 5% ), urticaria, diarrhea, nausea (2% to 7% ), vomiting (9% to 12% ).
Serious: Decreased cardiac function, electrocardiogram abnormal, anaphylactoid reaction (0.1% to 19% ), hypersensitivity reaction, status epilepticus, bronchospasm, respiratory distress.
