Dermatological Preparations : Anti-infectives
TDEHE1 “Deherp cream” 5%; 5 gm/tube
適應症：單純疱疹引起之皮膚感染。
Usual dose:
Genital herpes simplex, herpes simplex, non-life-threatening mucocutaneous- p’t immunocompromised: Topical, q3h (6 times/day) for 7 days.
Adverse effect: sensation of burning of skin.
健保使用規範：限下列病例使用（95/6/1、100/7/1、101/5/1）
1.單純性疱疹（感染部位在頭頸部、生殖器周圍、嘴唇、口腔、陰部）3日內可使用acyclovir藥膏，每次給藥量限5公克內。
2.口服、注射劑及外用藥膏擇一使用，不得合併使用。
