IPROM1 “Promostan injection” 20 mcg/vial
適應症：
ICAVE1：用於勃起機能障礙診斷及治療。
IPROM1：用於動脈內或大靜脈內點滴注射，改善周邊動脈阻塞疾病症狀；靜脈內投與，維持血行再建術後之血流。
Usual dose:
Erectile dysfunction( vasculogenic, psychogenic or mixed etiology):
Adult: initial dose of 2.5 mcg intracavernosal injection, average dose of 2.5-60 mcg; < 3 doses/wk with at least 24 h between doses; or 125-1000 mcg urethral suppository; < 2 doses/24 h; the dosage should be reduced for erections lasting > 1 h for either system.
Patent ductus arteriosus, Palliative:
Pediatric: initial, 0.05-0.1 mcg/kg/min continuous IV infusion, after response is achieved reduce infusion rate to lowest dose needed to maintain response.
Contraindication:
Anatomical deformation of the penis, myeloma neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, Peyronie’s disease, predisposition to priapism, sickle cell anemia or trait.
Adverse effect:
Common: penile pain, penile fibrosis, ache in penis, testicles.
Serious: priapism.
