Anti-infective Agents : Aminoglycosides
IAMIN9 “Aminfec injection” 125 mg/ml; 2 ml/vial
適應症：革蘭氏陽性菌及陰性菌（包括綠膿感菌）所引起的感染症。
Usual dose: IV/IM
Adult: 15 mg/kg/day divided q8-12h; max. 1.5 g/day.
Pediatric
(neonates): 7.5-10 mg/kg q8-12h; consider 12 h intervals for the first 1-2 wks of life.
(infants and children): 15-22.5 mg/kg/day divided q8h; max. 1.5 g/day.
Precaution:
IV over 30 min at final concentration < 5 mg/ml.

Adverse effect:
Neuromuscular blockade finding, ototoxicity, nephrotoxicity, respiratory tract paralysis (concomitant anesthesia, muscle relaxants).

(1) Select loading dose in mg/kg(IBW) to provide peak plasma levels in the range listed below for the desired aminoglycoside.

(2) Select maintenance dose (as percentage of loading dose) to continue peak plasma levels indicated above, according to desired dosing interval and the p’t’s corrected creatinine clearance.
