適應症：早產兒、嬰兒及部份腸外營養劑（Partial parenteral nutrition）。
Usual dose:
Pediatric: 2-5 ml as a single IV dose.
Adverse effect:
Acute pancreatitis, infection, hepatosplenomegaly.
