OEXFO2 “Exforge HCT FC tablet”
Each tablet contains amlodipine besylate 6.94 mg (equivalent to amlodipine 5 mg), valsartan 160 mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg
適應症：治療高血壓。本品適用於以amlodipine，valsartan，hydrochlorothiazide其中兩種成分合併治療，仍無法有效控制血壓的高血壓患者。
Usual dose:
Hypertension:
Initial, dosage strength determined by individual titrated components; dose may be increased after 2 weeks of therapy up to a max dose of amlodipine 10 mg/valsartan 320 mg/hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg once daily.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric: consider lower initial doses.
Hepatic failure: consider using lower doses.
Precaution:
Fetal injury and death may occur, especially during the second and third trimesters; promptly discontinue if pregnancy is detected.
Adverse effect:
Common: Edema, indigestion, nausea, backache, spasm, muscle, dizziness, headache, serum blood urea nitrogen raised, nasopharyngitis, fatigue.
Serious: Hypotension, hyperkalemia, hypokalemia.
