Dermatological Preparations : Antifungals
TAMOC1 “Amocoat Nail Lacquer”
Each ml contains amorolfine HCl 55.74 mg; 5 ml/bot
適應症：皮真菌、酵母菌及微菌引起之甲癬。
Usual Dose:
Apply the medication on affected area (finger/toe nails)once to twice a week.
Contraindication: must not be reused by patients who have shown hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product.
Precautions:
Nail files for affected nails must not be reused on healthy nails. Use of cosmetic lacquer or artificial nails should be avoided during treatment. Pediatric Use: Owing to the lack of clinical experience available to date, children should not be treated with Loceryl. A review of the treatment is recommended at intervals of approximately three months.
Adverse effect:
In exceptional cases, a slight, transient periungual burning sensation was observed after the application of the nail lacquer.
