OATRI1 “Atripla tablet”
Each tablet contains efavirenz 600 mg, emtricitabine 200 mg, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 245 mg
適應症:適合單獨使用或者與其他抗反轉錄病毒藥物合併使用,用於治療成人HIV-1感染。
Usual dose:
HIV infection
Adult:1 tab qdac. Dosing at bedtime may improve the tolerability of nervous system symptoms.
Pediatric: do not use in p’t less than 18 years of age.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure:not recommended in patients requiring dosage adjustments such as those with a CrCl of less than 50 mL/min.
Hepatic Insufficiency:in patients with mild hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class A) , no dose adjustment is necessary; however, in patients with moderate or severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class B or C), use of Atripla is not recommended.
Adverse effect:
Common: rash, diarrhea, serum amylase raised, arthralgia, myalgia, dizziness, headache, insomnia, depression, anxiety, dream disorder, nasopharyngitis, sinusitis, upper respiratory infection, fatigue.
Serious: acute renal failure, fanconi syndrome, hepatomegaly, with steatosis, hepatotoxicity, lactic acidosis, osteomalacia, prolonged QT interval, proximal renal tubular acidosis, relapsing type B viral hepatitis, severe depression, suicidal thoughts, torsades de pointes
