Ophthalmic Preparations : Mydriatics and Cycloplegics
EANTO1 “Antol eye drop” 1%; 5 ml/bot
ETROP2 “Tropine eye drop”0.3%; 5 ml/bot
適應症：散瞳、睫狀肌麻痺。
Usual dose: 1-2 drops in the eye(s) bid-qid.
Contraindication:
Glaucoma, or a predisposition to narrow anterior chamber angle glaucoma.
Precaution:
Avoid excessive use of ophthalmic formulation in children and p’ts with spastic paralysis, brain damage, or Down’s syndrome, avoid driving or hazardous activities.
Adverse effect: blurred vision, light intolerance.
