OIMUR1 “Imuran azathioprine FC tablet” 50 mg/tab
適應症：腎臟移植手術防止排斥作用的輔助療法、全身性紅斑狼瘡、重度風濕性關節炎、急慢性白血病。
Usual dose:
Inflammatory bowel disease: 2-3 mg/kg/day.
Prophylaxis of kidney transplant rejection: initial, 3-5 mg/kg/day IV or PO; maintenance, 1-3 mg/kg/day.
Rheumatoid arthritis: initial, 1 mg/kg/day as single dose or divided twice daily; maintenance, 1-2.5 mg/kg/day as single dose or divided twice.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: moderate renal failure (GFR 10-50 ml/min) 75% of normal dose; severe renal failure (GFR < 10 ml/min) 50% of normal dose.
Adverse effect:
Common: gastrointestinal hypersensitivity, nausea, vomiting.
