Neurologic Drugs : Anti-vertigo Agents
ONILA1 “Nilasen tablet” 24 mg/tab
適應症：梅尼爾氏症候群所引起之暈眩、聽力障礙。前庭性暈眩的症狀治療。
Usual dose:
Meniere’s disease and other audiovestibular disorders: 8-16 mg PO tid.
Precaution:
Gastric or duodenal ulcer or history of peptic ulcer disease, asthma, pheochromocytoma, liver disease.
Adverse effect: flushing, skin rash and pruritus, nausea, stomach or abdominal pain or discomfort, diarrhea, and vomiting, headache, fatigue, drowsiness, lethargy, dizziness, faintness, hypersomnolence, and insomnia, blurred vision, increased frequency of urination, dose-dependent bronchoconstriction.
