Dermatological Preparations : Steroids
TSEPT1 “Septon sol’n” 0.64 mg/gm; 10 mg/bot
適應症：濕疹、皮膚炎群（進行性指掌角皮症、威達耳氏VIDALS苔癬）、乾癬掌蹠膿疹、紅皮症。
Usual dose:
Topical, apply to affected areas of scalp qd for 2 wks, or until cleared; may treat up to 8 wks; max. weekly dose 100 gm.
Adverse effect:
Common: dry skin, lotion, sensation of burning of skin, lotion, paresthesia, cream.
Serious: drug-induced adrenocortical insufficiency, HPA.
