Cardiovascular – Renal Drugs : Antihypertensive : Sympathetic Depressants
OKERL1 “Kerlone FC tablet” 20 mg/tab
適應症:動脈性高血壓、穩定型狹心症。
Usual dose:
Chronic angina pectoris: PO, 5-80 mg qd.
Hypertension: PO, initial, 10 mg qd; maintenance, 10-20 mg qd, max. 40 mg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric: 5 mg qd.
Renal impairment (severe): initial 5 mg qd; titration, dose may be increased by 5 mg at 2-wk intervals, max. 20 mg qd.
Contraindication:
Cardiogenic shock, overt cardiac failure, second and third degree AV block, severe sinus bradycardia.
Adverse effect:
Common: bradyarrhythmia, chest pain, cold extremities, edema, hypertension, hypotension, palpitations, diarrhea, indigestion, nausea, arthralgia, myalgia, asthenia, dizziness, headache, insomnia, lethargy, paresthesia, dyspnea, pharyngitis, upper respiratory infection, fatigue.
Serious: cardiac dysrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial infarction, anemia, thrombocytopenia.
