Ophthalmic Preparations : Glaucoma
EALPH2 “Alphagam P oph. sol’n” 1.5 mg/ml; 5 ml/bot
適應症：開放角隅青光眼或高眼壓。
Usual dose:
Capsulotomy of posterior lens capsule-Ocular hypertension: 1 drop in operative eye 1 h prior to surgery, then 1 drop in operative eye immediately following procedure.
Open-angle glaucoma/raised intraocular pressure：1 drop tid, approximately 8 h apart.
Contraindication: concomitant MAOI therapy.
Precaution:
Concomitant CNS depressants, tricyclic antidepressants, beta-blockers, antihypertensives, and/or cardiac glycosides, intraocular pressure.
Adverse effect:
Headache, somnolence, blurred vision, burning sensation in eye, conjunctival discoloration, itching of eye, lid retraction, fatigue.
