Cardiovascular – Renal Drugs : Antihypertensive : Sympathetic Depressants
ODETA1 “Detantol R FC tablet” 3 mg/tab
適應症：高血壓。
Usual dose:
Hypertension: 6 mg qd, may be doubled to 12 mg qd or an additional antihypertensive agent may be added after 2-4 wks, if insufficient response is obtained.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: CrCl 30-60 ml/min, initial, 3 mg/day.
Hepatic insufficiency: initial, 3 mg/day.
Geriatric: initial, 3 mg/day, may be doubled to 6 mg/day if insufficient therapeutic effect has been obtained after 2-4 wks, or another antihypertensive agent may be added.
Contraindication:
Coronary insufficiency associated with aortic valve stenosis, mitral valve stenosis, pulmonary embolism, or pericardial disease, severe renal insufficiency (CrCl < 30 ml/min), children, pregnancy/lactation.
Adverse effect:
First-dose phenomenon, tachycardia, palpitations, peripheral edema, chest pain, erythema, urticaria, pruritus, nausea, diarrhea, dyspepsia, dry mouth, constipation, vomiting, mouscle weakness, headaches, fatigue, dizziness, confusion, agitation, dysphoria, urinary retention, urinary frepuency, nocturia.
