Each tablet contains amlodipine 5 mg, atorvastatin 10 mg
適應症：因有高血壓和血脂異常這兩種可矯正的危險因子併存，而使心血管危險增加的患者；或因有心絞痛為表現之冠心病(CHD)併有可矯正的血脂異常危險因子，而使心血管危險增加的患者。降低冠心病高危險群的心血管事件發生率，對於臨床上沒有冠心病的高血壓患者，但是至少有三個其他冠心病危險因子，包括第二型糖尿病、年紀大於等於55歲、微白蛋白尿或蛋白尿、吸煙、或第一等親在55歲（男性）或60歲（女性）前曾經發生冠心病事件，適用於降低心肌梗塞的風險、降低中風的風險、降低血管再造術與心絞痛的風險。
Usual dose:
Adult: 1 tab qd, max. 2 tab/day.
Pediatric (6-17 yrs): 1/2-1 tab qd, max. 1 tab/day.
Contraindication:
Active liver disease or unexplained persistent elevations of serum transaminases.
Precaution:
Concomitant use with azole antifungals, cyclosporine, erythromycin, fibric acid derivatives, or niacin.
Adverse effect:
Common: edema, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence, indigestion, dizziness, headache.
Serious: acute myocardial infarction, angina, cardiac dysrhythmia, erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, hepatitis, liver function tests abnormal, anaphylaxis, disorder of muscle, rhabdomyolysis, hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, angioedema.
