適應症：急性及慢性腎不全隨伴之高血鉀症。
Usual dose: PO
Hyperkalemia:
Adult: 15 g 1-4 times daily as a slurry in water or syrup.
Pediatric: 1 g/kg/dose q6h; do not use PO in neonates.
Contraindication:
Hypokalemia; neonates with reduced GI motility (postoperatively or drug-induced), obstructive bowel disease, oral administration in neonates.
Adverse effect:
Serious: acute bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, electrolytes abnormal, colonic necrosis, hypocalcemia, hypokalemia.
