ICANC1 “Cancidas injection” 50 mg/vial
適應症：適用於其他治療方法無效或不能忍受的侵入性麴菌病(invasive aspergillosis)治療之第二線用藥，食道念珠菌感染。併有及未併有嗜中性白血球減少現象之患者的侵入性念珠菌感染症，包括念珠菌血症(invasive candidiasis)。對發燒的重度嗜中性白血球缺乏症患者可能罹患黴菌感染症之經驗療法。
Usual dose:
Adult: slow IV infusion over 1 h
Invasive aspergillosis: loading 70 mg on day 1, then 50 mg qd.
Candidal esophagitis: 50-70 mg qd for 2 wks.
Precaution: avoid concomitant administration with cyclosporine.
Adverse effect:
Fever, headache, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, elevated liver enzyme levels, rash, pruritis.
健保使用規範：
1.現用於其他黴菌藥物治療無效或有嚴重副作用之侵入性麴菌症、侵入性念珠感染症之第二線用藥。
2.符合衛生署之適應症且經感染症專科醫師認定需使用者，惟治療食道念珠菌感染線用於fluconazole無效或有嚴重副作用者。
