適應症：對本藥具感受性之細菌性感染症。
Usual dose: IV
Adult: 0.5-2 g q12h.
Pediatric (≧2 mon): 50 mg/kg q8-12h; max. 2 g/dose.

Adverse effect:
Common: injection site inflammation, rash, colitis, diarrhea, dyspepsia, headache.
Serious: disease of brain, myoclonus, seizure, renally impaired without dose adjustment.
