ICEXI1 “Cexitin injection” 1 gm/vial
適應症：葡萄球菌、鏈球菌、肺炎雙球菌、腦膜炎球菌及其他具有感受性細菌引起之感染症。
Usual dose:
Adult: 2g q8h
Pediatric: 1 year or older: 40 mg/kg single IV dose 60 minutes prior to surgery; may repeat after 2 hours during procedure; MAX, 2 g per dose; total treatment duration should be less than 24 hours.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: q8h(CrCl>50-90); q8-q12h(CrCl10-50); q24-q48h(CrCl<10)
Hepatic failure: not appear necessary.
Adverse effect:
Common: injection site reaction, thrombophlebitis
Serious: erythema multiforme, stevens-johnson syndrome, pseudomembranous enterocolitis, anaphylaxis, seizure.
