Dental Preparations
TPERI1 “Perioxidin 0.2% bioadhesive gel” 2 mg/gm; 1 gm/tube
適應症：口腔內之殺菌消毒。
Usual dose: Gingivitis:
Adult (> 18 yrs): 15 ml oral rinse swish and spit for 30 sec bid.
Apply 0.5-2 g Perioxidin on Gingival sulcus, and gently massage with finger tips. Bid-tid. No food or beverage within 30min of application.
Adverse effect:
Common: skin irritation, staining of tooth, taste sense altered, toothache associated with chlorhexidine periodontal chips.
Serious: anaphylaxis, chemical injury to cornea.
