OBEND1 “Benda tablet” 4 mg/tab
OCHL11 “Chlorpheniramine tablet” 4 mg/tab
OCHLO8 “Chlorpheniramine maleate tablet” 4 mg/tab
適應症：緩解過敏性鼻炎、枯草熱所引起之相關症狀(流鼻水、打噴嚏、眼睛及喉部搔癢)及過敏所引起之搔癢、皮膚癢疹。
Usual dose:
Adult:4 mg q4-6h
Pediatric: (6 to 11 years) 2 mg ORALLY every 4 to 6 hours; max dose: 12 mg/day. (12 years or older) sustained-release, 8 mg every 12 hours.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment : not necessary.
Hepatic failure: Caution is warranted due to the drug is substantially cleared via hepatic metabolism.
Precaution: asthma, bladder neck obstruction, hepatic insufficiency, narrow-angle glaucoma, pyloroduodenal obstruction, sedative effects.
Adverse effect: constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. Somnolence.
