Psychopharmacologic Drugs : Antipsychotics
OWINS1 “Winsumin tablet” 50 mg/tab
適應症:躁病、精神病狀態、噁心、嘔吐、攻擊性與破壞性之行為障礙。
Usual dose:
Bipolar disorder, manic episode:
Adult: 10 mg tid-qid or 25 mg bid-tid.
Acutely disturbed:
Adult: 25 mg tid, increase gradually to usually effective dose 400 mg/day.
Nausea and vomiting:
Adult: 10-25 mg q4-6h as needed.
Pediatric: 0.25 mg/pound.
Schizophrenia:
Adult: 10 mg tid-qid or 25 mg bid-tid; severe: 25 mg tid; may increase dosage after 1-2 days by 20-50 mg at semiweekly intervals.
Contraindication:
Myelosuppression, coma, severe CNS depression.
Adverse effect:
Common: hypotension, orthostatic hypotension, diminished sweating, photosensitivity, constipation, xerostomia, akathisia, dizziness, drug-induced tardive dystonia, dystonia, extrapyramidal disease, parkinsonian, somnolence, tardive dyskinesia, blurred vision, epithelial keratopathy, eye/vision finding, retinitis pigmentosa, nasal congestion.
Serious: prolonged QT interval, torsades de pointes, obstipation, paralytic ileus, agranulocytosis, disorder of hematopoietic structure, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, cholestatic jaundice syndrome, drug-induced lupus erythematosus, systemic, ineffective thermoregulation, heatstroke or hypothermia, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, seizure, priapism.
