Neurologic Drugs : Skeletal Muscle Relaxants
OSOLA1 “Solaxin tablet” 200 mg/tab
適應症：肌肉緊張症、急性腰痛、脊椎間板症候群及脊髓炎痙攣、神經肌肉之機能異常等所伴生有肌痙攣、強直之諸疾患。
Usual dose:
Musculoskeletal pain: 500-750 mg tid-qid.
Dose adjustment:
Liver disease: use lower initial doses and increase gradually as needed and tolerated.
Precaution:
Discontinue if signs of liver dysfunction occur; may have additive effects with central nervous system depressant drugs or alcohol.
Adverse effect:
Common: light headedness, dizziness, excitement, paradoxical, somnolence, malaise.
Serious: gastrointestinal hemorrhage, hepatotoxicity, anaphylaxis.
