Respiratory Tract Drugs: Bronchodilators
TALVE1 “Alvesco inhaler” 160 mcg/puff, 60 puffs/bot
適應症：成人、青少年及四歲以上兒童之持續性氣喘。
Usual dose:
Adult (≧12yrs):
Asthma: previous bronchodilators use, max. 1 puff bid.
Asthma: previous inhaled corticosteroid use, max. 2 puff bid.
Asthma: previous oral corticosteroid use, 2 puff bid; with gradual reduction of oral corticosteroid (prednisone no faster than 2.5 mg/day on a weekly basis) after at least 1 wk of ciclesonide therapy.
Precaution: bone mineral density loss; cataracts; adrenal insufficiency.
Adverse effect:
Common: diarrhea, nausea, stomatitis, vomiting, fatigue.
Serious: allergic sensitization.
