OCITA1 “Citao FC tablet” 20 mg/tab
適應症:鬱症之治療及預防復發、恐慌症
Usual dose:
Depression: initial, 20 mg/day as a single dose in the morning or evening; dose increments 20 mg, at intervals of > one wk; maintenance, 40 mg/day; max. 60 mg/day.
Panic disorder: 20-30 mg/day; max. 60 mg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric: 20 mg/day, may increase to 40 mg/day.
Liver disease: 20 mg/day, may increase to 40 mg/day
Contraindication: concomitant use of MAOIs, pimozide.
Precaution:
Suicidal ideation and behavior or worsening depression; increased risk, particularly in children, adolescents, and young adults, during the first few months of therapy or following changes in dosage.
Adverse effect:
Common: lightheadedness, syncope, sweating symptom, diarrhea, nausea, xerostomia, confusion, dizziness, somnolence, tremor, hallucinations, disorder of ejaculation, impotence, rhinitis, fatigue.
Serious: myocardial infarction, anemia, leukocytosis, leukopenia, purpuric disorder, lymphadenopathy, cerebrovascular accident, depression, worsening, suicidal thoughts, suicide, epistaxis.
