OCLOM1 “Clomid tablet” 50 mg/tab
適應症：排卵障礙引起的不妊症之誘發排卵。
Usual dose: PO
Initial, 50 mg/day for 5 days starting on the 5th day of the cycle. If ovulation does not occur, the dosage is increased by 50 mg in each cycle; max. 150 mg/day.
Contraindication:
Pregnancy, liver disease, uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal dysfunction, endometrial carcinoma, ovarian cysts, organic intracranial lesion.
Adverse effect:
Common: flushing, vasomotor, abdominal discomfort, insomnia, blurred vision, feeling nervous, cyst of ovary, hypertrophy of ovary.
Serious: thromboembolic disorder.
