OCOAP2 “Coaprovel FC tablet”
Each tablet contains irbesartan 300mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg
適應症：本態性高血壓。
Usual dose:
Hypertension:
Adult: initial, 1 tab qd, titration, allow 3 wks to achieve optimum antihypertensive effect; maintenance, may increase to max. dose (losartan 100 mg/hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg) qd.
Dose adjustment:
Liver disease, Renal impairment (CrCl < 30 ml/min): not recommended.
Volume depletion/diuresis: use as 1st-line therapy not recommended.
Contraindication: anuria.
Precaution:
Angioedema (associated with aspirin and/or penicillin allergy), breast feeding period, geriatrics, liver disease, pregnancy (particularly 2nd-3rd trimesters), renal impairment.
Adverse effect:
Common: edema, palpitations, rash, electrolytes abnormal, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, backache, asthenia, dizziness, headache, bronchitis, cough, pharyngitis, sinusitis, upper respiratory infection, fatigue.
Serious: hepatitis.
