Relief of Pain and Inflammation : Narcotic Analgesics
OCODE2 “Codeine phosphate tablet” 15 mg/tab
適應症：鎮咳、鎮痛。
Usual dose: PO
Adult: 15-60 mg q4-6h as needed.
Pediatric (≧1 yr): 0.5 mg/kg/dose (15 mg/m2) q4-6h as needed, max. 60 mg/dose.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: moderate failure (GFR 10-50 ml/min), 75% of normal dose; severe failure (GFR < 10 ml/min), 50% of normal dose.
Adverse effect:
Common: constipation, nausea, vomiting, sedated, somnolence.
Serious: anaphylactoid reaction, seizure (with excessive doses), respiratory depression.
