適應症：鎮咳、袪痰（由支氣管炎、咽喉頭炎所引起之咳嗽及喀痰）。
Usual dose:
Adult: PO 5 ml tid-qid.
Pediatric (6-12 yrs): half of adult dose.
Contraindication:
Glaucoma, pyloroduodenal obstruction, prostatic hypertrophy or bladder neck obstruction.
Adverse effect:
Drowsiness, headache, psychomotor impairment, urinary retention, dry mouth, blurred vision, GI disturbances.
