OCYPR1 “Cypromin sol’n” 0.4 mg/ml; 120 ml/bot
適應症：皮膚疾患引起之搔癢（濕疹、皮膚炎、皮膚搔癢症、藥物過敏反應）枯草熱、蕁麻疹、過敏性鼻炎、血管運動性鼻炎、感冒支氣管炎引起之咳嗽、鼻涕。
Usual dose:
Adult: 4 mg tid, adjust dose according to the size and reponse of p’t (range 4-20 mg qd), max. 0.5 mg/kg/day.
Pediatric:
(2-6 yrs): 2 mg bid-tid, max. 12 mg/day.
(7-14 yrs): 4 mg bid-tid, max. 16 mg/day.
Contraindication:
Angle-closure glaucoma, MAOI therapy, stenosing peptic ulcer, symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy.
Precaution:
Avoid use during activities which require mental alertness, avoid use with alcohol and other CNS depressnats, CV disease, history of bronchial asthma, hypertension, increased intraocular pressure.
Adverse effect:
Common: weight gain, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, CNS depression, somnolence, thick sputum.
Serious: hepatitis.
