OANDR1 “Androcur tablet 50 mg/tab
適應症：男性：嚴重性慾過強、抗雄性素治療前列腺腫瘤；女性：嚴重的男性化徵狀、青春痘、多毛症。
Usual dose:
Acne: 2 mg combined with ethinyl estradiol 50 mcg, administered daily for 21 days of the menstrual cycle.
Hypersexuality in men: 50mg bid.
Prostatic carcinoma: initial, 200-300 mg/day in 2-3 doses.
Contraindication: acute liver disease, history of thromboembolic disorders, malignant diseases other than prostatic carcinoma.
Adverse effect:
Fluid retention and peripheral edema, venous thromboembolism, myocardial ischemia, congestive heart failure, pulmonary embolism, cerebrovascular accident, and electrocardiogram changes, myocardial infarction, nipple tenderness, breast enlargement, gynecomastia, hyperprolactinemia, nausea, diarrhea, hepatotoxicity, sedation, mood changes, headache, depression, impotence.
