TDAIV3 “Daivobet ointment”
Each gm contains calcipotriol 50 mcg, betamethasone 0.5 mg; 30 gm/tube
適應症：尋常性牛皮癬。
Usual dose:
Psoriasis vulgaris: Topical, apply an adequate layer to the affected area(s) and rub in well once daily for up to 4 wks; max. weekly dose 100 g.
Contraindication: patients with known or suspected disorders of calcium metabolism; patients with erythrodermic, exfoliative and pustular psoriasis.
Precaution: concomitant skin infections; do not use combination product on face, axillae or groin; hypercalcemia; pre-existing skin atrophy at treatment site; cautiously use in severe hepatic disorders, severe renal insufficiency.
Adverse effect:
Headache, constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, hypercalcemia, hypophosphatemia, renal failure.

1.限確經診斷為尋常性牛皮癬（psoriasis）之病例使用，使用量以每星期不高於30gm為原則，若因病情需要使用量需超過每星期30gm 者，應於病歷詳細紀錄理由。
2.同一部位之療程不得超過4週。
3.與tazarotene併用，兩者合計總量每星期不超過30gm或30mL，若因病情需要兩者合併使用量需超過每星期30gm 者，應於病歷詳細紀錄理由。(99/12/1)
