Hematological Agents : Anticoagulants
IFRAG1 “Fragmin injection” 25000 IU/ml; 0.2 ml/syringe
IFRAG2 “Fragmin injection” 2500 IU/ml; 4 ml/vial
適應症：血栓性栓塞症及其預防，抗凝血。說明：1.手術相關的血栓預防。2.因急症而活動暫時受限制且靜脈血栓危險性增加之患者，如心臟功能不足、肺功能不足與嚴重感染等，其靜脈血栓之預防。3.治療急性深部靜脈血栓、肺栓塞與癌症患者發生相關血栓症後，用於再發之預防。
Usual dose:
Deep venous thrombosis; prophylaxis: SC, 5000 IU qd for 12-14 days.
Venous thromboembolism: SC, 200 IU/kg, max. 18,000 IU, q24h with warfarin.
Adverse effect:
Common: erythema, hematoma, local irritation, local pain.
Serious: anaphylactoid reaction, liver function test elevations, major hemorrhage, spinal hematoma, thrombocytopenia.
