OPRIL1 “Priligy FC tablet” 30 mg/tab
適應症：Priligy用於治療年齡18-64歲且符合下列所有條件的早發性射精男性：1.陰道內射精潛伏時間短於2分鐘。2.難以控制射精，在性行為插入之前、當時或不久後經過輕微刺激，發生持續或復發性射精。3.因為早發性射精而導致病人明顯沮喪。
Usual dose:
Usual oral dose equivalent to dapoxetine 30 or 60 mg is taken 1 to 3 hours before sexual intercourse; this dose should not be taken more than once in 24 hours.
Contraindication:
Heart failure (NYHA class II to IV)
Arrhythmia p’t without permanent pace maker (2nd or 3rd grade sinus node blocked or pathogenic sinus node syndromes)
Other significant ischemic heart disease
Moderate to severe hepatic impairment and those receiving CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, ritonavir, and telithromycine.
Significant valves diseases
Adverse effect:
Common: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, diarrhea, and insomnia.
