TMINI1 “Minirin nasal spray” 10 mcg/dose; 2.5 ml/bot
適應症：中樞尿崩症、腎功能試驗。
Usual dose:
Neurohypophyseal diabetes insipidus: Nasal spray
Adult: 10-20 mcg qd-bid.
Pediatric: 5-10 mcg qd-bid.
Contraindication: hyponatremia, existing or history; renal impairment, moderate to severe (CrCl< 50 ml/min).
Adverse effect:
Common: flushing, nausea, fatigue, headache.
Serious: abnormal blood pressure, increased heart rate, hyponatremia, hyposmolality, water intoxication syndrome, thromboembolic disorder, acute allergic reaction, anaphylaxis, seizure.
