Ophthalmic Preparations : Ocular Anti-infective and Anti-inflammatory Agents
EVOLE1 “Volen eye drop” 1 mg/ml; 10 ml/bot
適應症：白內障手術後之眼部發炎
Usual dose:
Extraction of cataract-Inflammatory disorder of the eye:
Instill 1 drop into affected eye qid for 14 days, begin 24 h post-op.
Filamentary keratitis:
instill 1 drop into affected eye qid for 28 days.
Light intolerance-Pain in eye-Refractive keratoplasty:
Instill 1-2 drops into affected eye before surgery and qid beginning within 15 min after surgery and continued up to 3 days post-op.
Precaution:
Complicated ocular surgeries, corneal denervation, corneal epithelial defects, diabetes, ocular surface disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or repeat ocular surgeries.
Adverse effect:
Burning sensation in eye, ophthalmic solution, conjunctivits, corneal deposit, corneal edema, corneal lesion, finding of lacrimation, iritis, raised intraocular pressure.
