OBONE1 Bonefos capsule” 400 mg/cap
適應症:惡性腫瘤之蝕骨性骨頭轉栘,惡性高血鈣症。
Usual dose:
PO: 1600 mg daily in single or 2 divided dose, max. 3.2 g/day. Taken 1 hr before or 2 hr after meal.
Adverse effect: GI disturbances (nausea, dyspepsia, diarrhea), hypocalcemia,nephrotoxicity, leukemia.
Important notice:
Avoid taking milk or dairies with Boneful. The calcium of dairies will bind with Bonefos and become complex, therefore the absorption of Bonefos is interruptted also the therapeutic efficacy decreased.
Avoid taking food is abundant in tyramine, such as cheesy food, smoky meats, sausage, the marinated, dried fish, red wine, beer, avocadoes, and cheeses. Due to the tyrosine in the food is metabolized by monoamine oxidase in the intestine, when patients take monoamine oxidase inhibitors(MAOI) would decrease the metabolism of tyrosine, causing mass amount of tyrosine accumulated in the body, resulting in the side effects like headache,nausea, tachycardiac and hypertension.
