適應症：增強心肌收縮力而適用於短期治療器質性心臟病、心臟外科心術引起心肌收縮力抑制而導致之心臟代償機能衰竭。
Usual dose:
Decreased cardiac output:
Adult: Initial, 0.5 to 1 mcg/kg/min IV; maintenance, 2 to 40 mcg/kg/min IV; titrate according to response.
Heart failure:
Adult: Post-cardiac arrest care: 5 to 10 mcg/kg/min IV; initial: 0.5 to 1 mcg/kg/min IV; maintenance, 2 to 40 mcg/kg/min IV; titrate according to response
Pediatric: post-cardiac arrest care, 2 to 20 mcg/kg/min IV
Adverse effect:
Common: angina, hypertension, tachyarrhythmia, headache
Serious: cardiac dysrhythmia, coronary arteriosclerosis, worsening, eosinophilic myocarditis, syncope, dyspnea
