Gastrointestinal Agents : Antiemetics
ODOMT1 “Domtoo FC tablet” 10 mg/tab
TDOMP2 “Domper suppository” 10 mg/pill
適應症：
ODOMT1：噁心、嘔吐的症狀治療，糖尿病引起的胃腸蠕動異常。
TDOMP2：無法口服情況下，用於噁心、嘔吐的症狀治療，糖尿病引起的胃腸蠕動異常。
Usual dose:
Dyspepsia, postprandial: PO
Adult: 10-20 mg up to tid-qid, before meals and at night symptomatically.
Pediatric: 200-400 mcg/kg q4-8h.
Nausea and vomiting in Parkinson’s disease: PO/Rectal
Adult: PO, 20 mg q4-8h for up to 12 wks; Rectally, 30-60 mg q4-8h.
Adverse effect:
Headache or migraine, fewer CNS effects compared to metoclopramide, xerostomia.
