Antineoplastic Agents: Cytotoxic Agents: Antitumor Antibiotics
IEPIC1 “Epicin injection” 2 mg/ml; 10 ml/vial
IEPIC3 “Epicin Lyo injection” 10 ml/vial
適應症：乳腺癌、惡性淋巴瘤、軟組織肉瘤、胃癌、肺癌、卵巢瘤。
Usual dose:
Breast cancer, adjuvant therapy: initial starting dose, 100-120 mg/m2 IV given q3-4w; then, 60 mg/m2 IV on Day-1 and Day-8 repeated q28d for 6 cycles in combination with cyclophosphamide and 5-fluorouracil, max. total cumulative dose 900 mg/m2.
Cancers, others: usual dose range 60-120 mg/m2 q21-28d in combination with other agents, max. total cumulative dose 900 mg/m2.
Precaution:
P’ts receiving 120 mg/m2 regimens should be administered prophylactic antibiotics with trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole or a fluoroquinolone.
Adverse effect:
Alopecia, rash, skin changes, radiation-recall reactions, amenorrhea, hot flashes, fever, infection, lethargy, N/V, diarrhea, mucositis.
