(2) 12小時內run完(因會變質)
(3) 所有PPI中效果最強
(4) Nexium, Losec會與Plavix交互作用
適應症：用於不適合使用口服治療時之替代治療：胃食道逆流性疾病，於食道炎及/或有嚴重逆流症狀之病患。NSAID治療相關之胃潰瘍的治療。
Usual dose:
Erosive esophagitis, GERD: IV/IF
20 or 40 mg qd, IV > 3 min or IF 10-30 min.
Precaution: severe liver impairment, Child Pugh Class C.
Adverse effect:
Common: abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, flatulence, headache, nausea.
Serious: erythema multiforme, pancreatitis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, hip fracture, rhabdomyolysis.
