適應症：
OLONI1：類風濕性關節炎，骨關節炎，止痛。
OPINT1, OETOL1：類風濕性關節炎、骨關節炎。
OETOL1：風濕性關節炎，骨關節炎。
Usual dose:
Rheumatoid arthritis or Osteoarthritis: initial: 300 mg bid-tid or 400-500 mg bid; maintenance: 600-1000 mg/day divided 2-4 times; max. 1200 mg/day.
Pain: 200-400 mg q6-8h as needed; max. 1200 mg/day.
Contraindication: See Diclofenac Potassium.
Adverse effect:
Common: edema, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea, dizziness, malaise.
Serious: inflammatory disorder of digestive tract, melena, agranulocytosis, anemia, neutropenia, jaundice, allergic reaction, anaphylactoid reaction, increased liver function test.
