IFYTO1 “Fytosid for IV injection” 20 mg/ml; 5 ml/vial
適應症：抗癌症。
Usual dose:
Lung cancer, small cell: (in combination with other approved chemotherapeutic agents) 35 mg/m2/day IV for 4 days, dose may up to 50 mg/m2/day IV for 5 days; repeat at 3-4 wks intervals.
Lung cancer, small cell: PO, 50 mg/m2/day for 21 days, repeating after 1-2 wks of rest.
Bone marrow transplantation: 2 g/m2 IV over 24 h followed by filgrastim has been used for peripheral blood progenitor cell mobilization.
Testicular cancer: (in combination with other approved chemotherapeutic agents) 50-100 mg/m2/day IV on Day 1-5 to 100 mg/m2/day IV on Day 1, 3, and 5; repeat at 3-4 wks intervals.
Adverse effect:
Common: alopecia, anorexia, diarrhea, mucositis, nausea, vomiting, asthenia, malaise, chills, fever.
Serious: acute leukemia, hepatotoxicity, myelosuppression, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis.
