OEXFO1 “Exforge FC tablet”
Each tablet contains amlodipine 5 mg, valsartan 80 mg
適應症：成人原發性高血壓（作為第二線用藥）。
Usual dose:
Hypertension:
Adult: initial dose (for p’ts not on either agent alone), 1 tab qd.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric: amlodipine 2.5 mg should be the initial dose.
Precaution:
Severe obstructive coronary artery disease, renal artery stenosis, severe renal impairment.
Adverse effect:
Common: hypotension, peripheral edema, flushing, dizziness, headache, cough, nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory infection, fatigue.
Serious: acute myocardial infarction, cardiac dysrhythmia, kidney disease.
