Anti-infective Agents : Cephalosporins : Third Generation Cephalosporins
IFLUM2 “Flumarin injection” 1 gm/vial
適應症：對本劑有感受性之下列病原菌所引起之嚴重感染:葡萄球菌屬、鏈球菌屬（腸球菌除外）、肺炎球菌、peptostreptococcus屬、Branhamella catarrhalis、淋菌、大腸菌、Klebsiella屬、Proteus屬、Influenzae菌、Bacteroides屬。
Usual dose:
Adult: 1-2 g bid
Pediatric: 20-30 mg/kg bid-tid.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: reduce dosage.
Adverse effect:
Rash, urticaria, loose stools, stomatitis, numbness of the tongue, transient thrombocytosis, eosinophilia.
