Anti-infective Agents : Antifungal Agents
IDIFL1 “Diflucan injection” 2 mg/ml; 50 ml/bot
OFLUD1 “FLU-D capsule” 50 mg/cap
適應症：
IDIFL1：抗黴菌劑。
OFLUD1：念珠菌局部或全身感染，囊球菌感染，預防後天免疫缺乏症候群病人的黴菌感染。
Usual dose: PO/IV
Candida vaginitis: 150 mg as a single dose.
Oropharyngeal & esophageal candidiasis: 200 mg on the first day, then 100 mg qd, max. 400 mg/day at least 3 wks and 2 wks following resolution of symptoms.
Candiduria: 50-200 mg/day.
Cryptococcal meningitis: 400 mg on the first day, then 200 mg qd, max. 400 mg qd; for 10-12 wks after the cerebrospinal fluid becomes culture negative. For suppression of relapse of cryptococcal meningitis in p’ts with AIDS use 200 mg qd.
Disseminated candidiasis: up to 400 mg qd for 4-6 wks.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: CrCl < 50 ml/min, 50% of the dose.
Adverse effect:
Common: pruritus, rash, nausea, vomiting, increased liver enzymes, headache.
Serious: anaphylaxis.

10.6.1. Fluconazole oral（如Diflucan oral）：（85/10/1、87/4/1）
1全身黴菌感染之治療。
2.免疫不全病例，治療或預防黴菌感染時使用。
3.非愛滋病隱球菌腦膜炎患者使用，原則上使用6到8週，視病人臨床反應，抗原效價及培養結果調整療期，而治黴菌藥物之終止以效價下降四倍及兩次培養陰性為原則。
4.用於念珠性陰道炎，限頑固性疾病或無性經驗病人無法使用塞劑治療者單一劑量使用。
10.6.2. Fluconazole Inj（如Diflucan inj）：（85/10/1）限
1.已證實為全身性黴菌感染(經組織或培養證實)病例使用。
2.非愛滋病隱球菌腦膜炎患者使用，原則上使用6到8週，視病人臨床反應，抗原效價及培養結果調整療期，而治黴菌藥物之終止以效價下降四倍及兩次培養陰性為原則。
